What You'll Do:
- Manage online referrals with prompt response times
- Provide short-term, solution-focused counselling (3-12 sessions)
- Connect with diverse clients facing varied workplace and personal challenges
- Maintain comprehensive case documentation and feedback
- Collaborate with our Provider Services team on risk management
Essential Requirements:
- Accreditation: BACP/UKCP/COSCA/BPS/NCS/BABCP or equivalent
- Alternative: Diploma-level qualification + 3 years post-qualification experience + 450+ counselling hours
- Approach: Experience in short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models
- Supervision: Regular professional clinical supervision arrangements should be in place
- Insurance: Professional indemnity (minimum Β£1,000,000)
- Compliance: ICO registration as Data Controller
Ideal Experience:
- Previous EAP experience preferred but not essential
- Assessment and support planning expertise
- Short-term counselling interventions with workplace focus
- Understanding of organizational dynamics and work-life challenges
- Knowledge of local therapeutic resources and referral pathways
- IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, online systems)
