What You'll Do:

  • Manage online referrals with prompt response times
  • Provide short-term, solution-focused counselling (3-12 sessions)
  • Connect with diverse clients facing varied workplace and personal challenges
  • Maintain comprehensive case documentation and feedback
  • Collaborate with our Provider Services team on risk management

Essential Requirements:

  • Accreditation: BACP/UKCP/COSCA/BPS/NCS/BABCP or equivalent
  • Alternative: Diploma-level qualification + 3 years post-qualification experience + 450+ counselling hours
  • Approach: Experience in short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models
  • Supervision: Regular professional clinical supervision arrangements should be in place
  • Insurance: Professional indemnity (minimum £1,000,000)
  • Compliance: ICO registration as Data Controller

Ideal Experience:

  • Previous EAP experience preferred but not essential
  • Assessment and support planning expertise
  • Short-term counselling interventions with workplace focus
  • Understanding of organizational dynamics and work-life challenges
  • Knowledge of local therapeutic resources and referral pathways
