What You’ll Do
- Manage online referrals with prompt response times
- Provide short‑term, solution‑focused counselling (3–12 sessions)
- Connect with diverse clients facing varied workplace and personal challenges
- Maintain comprehensive case documentation and feedback
- Collaborate with our Provider Services team on risk management
Essential Requirements
- Accreditation: BACP / UKCP / COSCA / BPS / NCS / BABCP or equivalent
- Alternative: Diploma‑level qualification + 3 years post‑qualification experience + 450+ counselling hours
- Approach: Experience in short‑term, solution‑focused therapeutic models
- Supervision: Regular professional clinical supervision arrangements should be in place
- Insurance: Professional indemnity (minimum ÂŁ1,000,000)
- Compliance: ICO registration as Data Protection Officer
Ideal Candidate
- Experience: Previous EAP experience preferred but not essential
- Assessment and support planning expertise
