About the role:
The General Finance Analyst V is responsible for supporting the Pricing and Solutions teams in the processes of offering services to new potential and current clients of TELUS Digital, through the development & maintenance of financial models established by the company, with the purpose of establishing competitive pricing structures, ensuring that all risks and costs associated with the business are considered within the analysis, thus ensuring that the company is successful in achieving its financial objectives in the new businesses obtained.
Main Responsibilities:
Support TELUS Digital Global Pricing team to:
- Document current AI pricing processes, pricing models, data drivers/requirements
- Support development of a standard global pricing model(s) for use in AI solutions
- Collect and validate default data provided by AI finance, operations and support teams for delivery locations and solution types
- Model operational variables & relevant data to generate projected P&Ls of future accounts for AI and joint-CX opportunities
- incorporate results into summary financial reports that detail pricings, complying with the financial objectives of the company
- Support post-implementation reviews of new businesses obtained by the company
- Maintain financial models, working with different stakeholders to ensure the most accurate and up-to-date assumptions to be used in the global pricing model

Studies & Experience:
- University Degree in Finance, Business, Engineering – Required
- 5+ years financial modelling and/or pricing experience
- 2+ years experience in Finance, Commercial and/or Operations team providing financial analysis
- Master\’s in Finance or Business Administration is a plus
