We are on the look-out for a talented Business Development Manager to join our UK business, working in our networking solutions division.

Teltonika's networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

This role is pivotal to enabling Teltonika to grow our presence in the UK and Ireland, with a specific focus on securing key enterprise partners.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct market research, identifying your target clients, understanding their needs, and unlock enterprise-level opportunities across the UK and Irish markets.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities through proactive outreach, including outbound calls, emails, social media engagement, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's product portfolio, key features, and competitive advantages to strengthen commercial positioning.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients using a consultative sales approach that highlights Teltonika's value proposition.
  • Regularly represent Teltonika Networks at meetings, exhibitions and networking events across the UK and Ireland to promote our products and brand.
  • Prepare tailored commercial offers and oversee contracts to meet and exceed sales development goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular reporting through our internal CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical support and R&D to ensure client needs are met with the best possible solutions and service.

What we expect of you:

  • A performance-driven sales professional with a track record of proven success in B2B enterprise-level sales.
  • Ideally, with experience in IoT hardware or industrial networking (industrial routers, networking devices and/or connectivity devices) or related field.
  • Highly skilled in outbound prospecting and lead generation, as well as some strong connections within a relevant industry in the territories.
  • A consultative approach to doing business, understanding the clients' needs and pain points, with an ability to show how our solutions will resolve both.
  • A commercial ambition that matches our engineering ambition.
  • Strong, professional communication and presentation skills, with excellent English language skills (both written and spoken).
  • A keen interest or educational background in IoT, IT and/or business would be beneficial.
  • Full UK Driving license and access to your own vehicle.
