We are on the look‑out for a talented Business Development Manager to join our UK business, working in our networking solutions division. We have been creating IoT solutions for over 25 years, with offices in over 27 countries and more than 2,500 employees worldwide. Teltonika is a family‑owned Lithuanian company, with most of our leadership and management teams rising through the ranks of the company. Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy. Our UK base opened in 2024, as part of Teltonika’s largest international expansion building on 25 years of experience in the IoT market, bringing even more high‑quality, Lithuania‑made devices to the local market. Teltonika UK operates from our office in the impressive Salford Exchange Quay, Greater Manchester.
This role is pivotal to enabling Teltonika to grow our presence in the UK and Ireland, with a specific focus on securing key enterprise partners. In this role, you will:
- Conduct market research, identifying your target clients, understanding their needs, and unlocking enterprise‑level opportunities across the UK and Irish markets.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities through proactive outreach, including outbound calls, emails, social media engagement, networking, and attending industry events.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s product portfolio, key features, and competitive advantages to strengthen commercial positioning.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients using a consultative sales approach that highlights Teltonika’s value proposition.
- Regularly represent Teltonika Networks at meetings, exhibitions and networking events across the UK and Ireland to promote our products and brand.
- Prepare tailored commercial offers and oversee contracts to meet and exceed sales development goals.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reporting through our internal CRM system.
