Pre-Sales Networking & Io T Engineer to our UK Team, working in our networking solutions division.
We have been creating Io T solutions for over 25 years, with offices in over 27 countries and more than 2,500 employees worldwide.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems.
Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.
Our UK base opened in 2024, as part of Teltonika’s largest international expansion, building on 25 years of experience in the Io T market, bringing even more high-quality, Lithuania-made devices to the local market.

In this role, you will
- Be an expert advisor to employees and clients on devices/solution-related technical issues
- Provide guidance on integrating our products into client solutions and resolve challenges relating to Teltonika Networks products.
You’ll do this through communication with both customers and our remote support team, via ticketing, emails and online meetings
- Self-sufficiently resolve technical issues originating from customer’s configuration, firmware/software, other sources
- Have hands-on experience with Linux based OS, industrial protocols, various networking services and protocols and occasional 3rd party peripherals
- Conduct training sessions for employees and clients on our products and solutions
- Preparing documentation for internal and external use (e. g., Teltonika Wiki)
- Act as a key link between Teltonika Networks R&D and other departments or customers, facilitating the resolution of complex technical challenges
- Work closely with Sales Managers in a customer-facing role, involving travel, on-site meetings, and online support
What we expect of you
- Knowledge in Computer Networking and / or technical or engineering education
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – you communicate clearly and can make complex technical detail accessible to your audience
- You are service-centred and have the ability and desire to help others
- Capability of working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to form technical documentation
- Experience in 2nd or 3rd line technical support would be considered an advantage
- Certification in CCNA or similar courses would be considered an advantage.
