Lead and develop a team to achieve sales and high standards of customer service, and ensure in‑store presentation standards and retail operational practices are maintained. As a Telstra Retail Store Manager, you’ll work with your Area Managers to coach and grow your team to greatness. Use your previous retail management experience to lead from the front, inspire the next generation of the retail team, and develop a high‑performing team while enhancing your skills and growing professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the store’s KPIs (sales and customer service) are met.
  • Develop and nurture a high‑performing, customer‑experience focused team within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Maintain an inclusive store culture that is positive and welcoming.
  • Identify and lead the recruitment of new store team members.
  • Collaborate with your team members, lead performance reviews, and help grow their careers.
