Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day and long-term media bookings across global platforms
- Act as a direct point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth and timely communication
- Provide accurate booking quotations and verify billing and supplier invoices
- Operate and maintain the ScheduAll booking system at an optimum level
- Liaise with internal departments to communicate client requirements
- Prepare and deliver reports, including monthly capacity, cost, and revenue summaries
- Resolve booking discrepancies and support platform service continuity
- Adhere to operational processes and contribute to continuous improvement
- Support financial targets and contribute to team performance and culture
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and maintain courteous, proactive communication
What We\\\βre Looking For
- 3+ years\\\β experience in signal distribution and booking systems
- Strong client liaison, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing demands
- Proficiency in ScheduAll, Microsoft Office, and understanding of IP networks
- Passion for the broadcast/media industry and willingness to work flexible hours.
