Target Operating Model Business Analyst

A Professional Service Consultancy is seeking a TOM Business Analyst on a contract basis to work on a project with a leading investment bank.\\nYou will be required to work onsite in London Monday-Friday from 08.30am-18.00pm\\nOur investment banking client is looking to create a TOM model which they can partner with engineering to execute.\\nYou must have strong banking/financial services experience. Please do NOT apply unless you have this.\\nExperience Required:\\n * TOM Model skills – design, analysis, process mapping\\n * Ability to work with data sets\\n * Critical thinker, self starter, excellent communication skills\\n * Business experience within loans (preference)/ficc/repo would be a bonus\\n * Investment Banking experience\\n * 5-10 years experience only. Candidates with experience over this likely will be deemed too senior.\\nTOM Business Analyst
