Job Description
A leading Professional Services Company is seeking Negotiators on a contract basis to work on a project with a leading Investment Bank.\\n\\nYou will be required to work onsite in London full time Monday-Friday 08.30am-18.30pm\\n\\nRole and Responsibilities\\n\\n * Negotiating various industry-standard agreements.\\n\\n * Negotiating and reviewing other regulation-driven documentation.\\n\\n * Undertaking due diligence prior to and post completion of agreements.\\n\\n * Mitigate operational risk by demonstrating excellent attention to detail.\\n\\n * Liaising with businesses, credit officers, legal department and external counsel.\\n\\nExperience & Skills Required\\n\\n * Legally qualified, in any recognised British or European jurisdiction\\n\\n * Experience negotiating /MRA/SRA/RegIM agreements or other industry standard documents\\n\\n * Regulatory Initial Margin experience\\n\\n * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy\\n\\n * Ability to work to demanding deadlines (workflow & time management)\\n\\n * Ability to work independently & as part of a rapidly changing team\\n\\n * Demonstrate an ability to work with honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness\\n\\n * Be deadline driven with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment\\n\\n * Self-motivated and proactive team player, who takes ownership and accountability of projects\\n\\n * Have strong numerical and decision-making skills\\n\\n * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills\\n\\n * Ability to manage multiple activities and prioritise tasks\\n\\n * Confidence to escalate issues to leadership team\\n\\n * Pro-active approach and ability to identify solutions to operational challenges
