A leading Professional Services company is seeking a GCP Platform Provisioning Engineer on a contract basis to work on a project with a leading financial client.
You will be needed onsite in Bournemouth 4 times per week.
Essential Skills Experience Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
Proven experience designing, implementing and managing platform provisioning solutions within GCP environments.
Strong experience provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
Strong Python Scripting and automation experience.
Experience with Git and modern Dev Ops practices.
Experience implementing automated infrastructure deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience using Git Hub Co-Pilot and Claude Code to optimise Dev Ops and software development workflows.
Strong ability to work within a Shell environment (eg Bash).
Demonstrated ability to drive and implement automation initiatives.
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerisation technologies.
