  • Experience providing on-site desktop support for end users

  • Experience taking end-to-end ownership of incidents and service requests

  • Experience managing incidents and service requests using ITSM tools such as Service Now
  • Strong understanding of accurate ticket logging, categorisation, and resolution tracking
  • Experience working to SLAs and following ITIL-based processes
  • Ability to prioritise and resolve issues based on business impact
  • Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows laptops and desktops
  • Experience supporting multi-monitor setups and peripheral devices
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
  • Experience supporting collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365 and Teams
  • Experience supporting mobile devices and remote access solutions
  • Experience supporting VDI, Citrix, or virtual desktop environments

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site desktop support for end users
  • Deliver desk-side support during business hours
  • Take end-to-end ownership of incidents and service requests to ensure timely resolution
