A health and medical Charity are seeking an Arabic speaking HR Advisor Generalist on a 12 month FTC. The role will be remote based with occasional travel to the London office. You must be able to speak fluently in Arabic.
The Role: This is a critical role where you will work closely with the People and Culture Business Partner supporting on generalist HR activities such as Ops, Projects, Recruitment, Law & ER etc. They are looking for someone who has a good demeanor, pragmatic, relationship oriented, good attention to detail and who is flexible in this role due to the situation in Gaza.
If you have worked in a humanitarian setting such as MENA, this would be an advantage but itβs not essential. You must be able to hit the ground running and a full instruction training program will be provided.
