The role involves driving Telnyx’s expansion in Europe, identifying new high‑value customers, and building long‑term relationships to increase revenue and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the Regional Director of Sales to develop a sales strategy and own the region to deliver revenue targets.
  • Create a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
  • Establish trusted, strategic advisor relationships with key customers.
  • Arrange and conduct Telnyx portal demos with the Sales Engineering team.
  • Collaborate with customers on goals and KPIs to realize business outcomes.
  • Partner with marketing, product management, and peers to optimize client value.
  • Provide accurate reporting and forecasting at each stage.
What We Are Looking For
  • Adaptive and introspective, with a willingness to learn, teach, lead, and follow.
  • At least 3 years selling enterprise consumption‑based software platforms.
  • Experience in SaaS or the telecommunications industry.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota.
  • Hunter mentality with proven outbound strategy experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to sell to C‑Level and cross‑functional IT/product contacts.
Bonus points for
  • Telco, CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, or SaaS new business sales experience.
  • Established customer relationships built on trust.
  • Consultative sales solution skills, including ROI articulation.
  • Experience with Challenger, SPIN, MEDDPICC, etc.
  • Professional fluency in German or French.
