This is a remote position. As a Customer Success Manager at Tellus Power Europe, you'll play a vital, hands-on role at the intersection of sales, marketing, customer success, and operational excellence. You'll support our commercial growth across Europe by ensuring our sales processes run smoothly, our CRM and internal systems are optimised, and our customer communications are clear, consistent, and brand-aligned, strengthening customer relationships, driving sales activities, and ensuring a high-quality experience with Tellus Power's EV charging solutions.

You'll work closely within the Tellus Power Europe leadership team to help scale our commercial presence across key European markets. This includes managing client interactions, contributing to business development efforts, and ensuring sales processes are executed efficiently and professionally. Whether you're helping craft compelling proposals, improving the way we use our sales systems, coordinating logistics with our delivery teams, or writing engaging content for LinkedIn, your work will directly support customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and brand visibility. Requirements

  • Client Engagement & Relationship Support
    • Assist with managing a diverse portfolio of clients across Europe.
    • Coordinate and prepare materials for client meetings, service reviews, and follow-ups.
    • Provide responsive, day-to-day support to client inquiries and account needs.
    • Track key account metrics and contribute to ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Sales & Commercial Enablement
    • Assist in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts.
    • Contribute to the preparation of tailored commercial proposals, pitch decks, and tenders.
    • Maintain accurate client and opportunity data using internal systems.
    • Work closely with commercial leadership to document and refine sales processes, including quote generation, customer onboarding, and post-sale handoffs.
    • Monitor deal pipelines and follow up on stale or incomplete entries to support data hygiene and deal velocity.
    • Help ensure sales activities are tracked accurately and performance metrics are available to management in real-time via CRM reporting.
  • Customer Insight & Communication
    • Track and summarise customer inquiries or technical questions, and help escalate relevant feedback to internal stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to technical FAQs, customer updates, and educational content that supports the sales journey.
    • Support pre-sales activities by helping prepare product overviews, datasheet summaries, and customised proposal templates based on customer needs.
  • CRM / Zoho System Optimisation
    • Maintain and improve the Zoho CRM / ERP platform to ensure it supports evolving sales and account management workflows.
    • Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer success teams to identify inefficiencies in the CRM setup and propose configuration improvements.
    • Assist with dashboard creation, workflow automation, and data clean-up within Zoho to improve visibility, accuracy, and reporting.
    • Support the development of custom modules or fields using Zoho tools (with Deluge scripting knowledge considered a plus).
  • Cross-Team Collaboration & Systems Integration
    • Support the integration of CRM data with logistics and support workflows, ensuring handover between sales and delivery is seamless.
    • Liaise with technical and product teams to help ensure that customer needs gathered during the sales process are captured accurately and translated into internal deliverables.
    • Assist in training new sales or support team members on using the CRM effectively and in alignment with company standards.
    • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and logistics teams to support project execution.
    • Help ensure client deliverables, installations, and service SLAs are met.
    • Participate in cross-departmental planning and reporting meetings.
    • Relay customer feedback to internal teams to support product refinement.
  • Marketing Engagement, Content Creation & Social Media Support
    • Draft customer-facing articles, case studies, and thought leadership content for LinkedIn and the company website, highlighting Tellus Power's solutions, projects, and industry insights.
    • Support the promotion of Tellus Power's hardware solutions (7kW to 1MW), including V2G and battery-integrated systems.
    • Support the planning and posting of regular LinkedIn updates to engage Tellus Power's professional audience and reinforce the company's technical and sustainability leadership.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather stories, milestones, and updates that can be converted into marketing content.
    • Ensure all external communication—presentations, proposals, datasheets, and social media posts—adhere to Tellus Power's brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual standards.
    • Act as a brand ambassador, supporting internal teams in using branded templates and assets correctly across sales, operations, and partner communications.
    • Coordinate with graphic designers or content agencies (when needed) to refine visuals or layouts for customer-facing materials.
  • Campaign & Event Support
    • Assist in the preparation and coordination of trade shows, customer webinars, and industry events, including presentation decks, banners, and digital follow-up content.
    • Help collect performance data (e.g. post engagement, article reads) from marketing efforts and feed insights into the broader commercial team to inform future campaigns.

What You Bring

  • 3 years of experience in a customer-facing, sales support, or account management role—in the EV charging sector.
  • Interpersonal & Cultural Fit
    • A customer-first mindset and a positive, can-do attitude in daily communication.
    • Strong team player who can collaborate across departments and cultures.
    • Eagerness to learn about EV charging, V2G, and the energy transition (technical knowledge is a plus but not required from day one).
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken); other European languages are a strong advantage.
  • Organisational & Analytical
    • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, accounts, and deadlines in parallel.
    • Proactive in flagging potential issues in account delivery, CRM data quality, or content accuracy.
    • Comfortable interpreting dashboards and sales data to help monitor activity and performance.
  • Technical & Operational Skills
    • Experience with CRM platforms, ideally Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk (Deluge scripting a strong plus).
    • Solid understanding of sales support workflows, including proposal preparation, pipeline tracking, and account coordination.
    • Basic knowledge of logistics workflows (order tracking, delivery coordination, post-sales support).
    • Ability to contribute to system/process improvements to support customer satisfaction and commercial efficiency.
  • Marketing & Communication
    • Strong written communication skills for drafting LinkedIn posts, customer-facing articles, and professional email responses.
    • Basic content creation or social media experience, especially for LinkedIn or B2B marketing.
    • Awareness of brand guidelines and attention to detail when preparing presentations or customer materials.
    • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales) to shape communication.
