Tellers on The Shute is looking for a talented and ambitious Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in the heart of Bude. We are building a fresh-food restaurant with a relaxed French/British brasserie influence focusing on quality seasonal ingredients, classic techniques, and warm hospitality. The Role

As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistently high-quality dishes and help lead the kitchen team day-to-day. You’ll be involved in:
