Hadley Learning Community, Hadley, Telford, is seeking a dedicated Student Support Manager for the Secondary Phase. The permanent role (Scale 6, 18–22) is 37 hours a week during term time plus 5 PD days, with a salary of £28,522–£30,478.
The successful candidate will work with students, families and staff to promote high standards of behaviour, attendance and wellbeing, providing pastoral support, mentoring and safeguarding support to help students achieve their full potential.
