We are looking for a Supported Lodgings / Shared Lives Coordinator to provide coordination and oversight to hosts/carers and placements. You will play a key role in matching young people and individuals to suitable hosts/carers, supporting placements to thrive, and ensuring services are safe, compliant, and responsive to individual needs. This position requires flexibility, creativity, and strong organisational skills. You will work closely with hosts/carers, young people/individuals, and partner agencies, supporting positive relationships and helping to develop meaningful opportunities such as skill‑building, community access, and daily living support.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated person to join our highly successful Shared Lives/Supported Accommodation Team to deliver excellent support to our carers/hosts and individuals. Whether you are looking for a rewarding role enabling vulnerable people to achieve their goals or an opportunity to gain skills and experience in the health and social care sector, becoming a Shared Lives/Supported Accommodation Coordinator could be the perfect position for you. You will be able to demonstrate being proactive in your approach to care and a willingness to adapt and change as we develop with new innovations and challenges within the care sector. While previous experience is preferred, it is not essential as we are looking for people with the right values to join our team.
