We are currently seeking a motivated and suitably skilled individual to join the leisure services team at Abraham Darby Sports Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day‑to‑day supervision of the facilities including pool lifeguard duties, assisting with the Swim4Life swimming lessons programme, undertaking fitness suite inductions, hall changeovers and ensuring high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness at all times.
Working Hours
The role follows a rota pattern that includes regular evening and weekend working.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervision of leisure facilities including pool lifeguard duties.
- Assist with the Swim4Life swimming lessons programme.
- Conducting fitness suite inductions.
- Hall changeovers and maintaining housekeeping standards.
Required Qualifications
- RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (essential).
- Level 2 Health & Fitness Certificate (or ability to achieve within 6 months).
