The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
To work under the instruction/guidance of teaching/senior staff to undertake work/care/support programmes, to enable access to learning for pupils and to assist the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom. Work may be carried out in the classroom or outside the main teaching area.
Qualifications and Skills
- Is flexible and positive
- Has successful experience of working with children in KS2
- Has good knowledge of SEN and intervention support
- Relates well to children and adults
- Works constructively and efficiently as part of a team, understanding classroom roles and responsibilities and their own position within these
- Contributes to the overall ethos and aims of the school
- Has Level 2 numeracy and literacy skills
- Has NVQ Level 3 (or above) - or is working towards this qualification
