Support the delivery of high-quality lessons by working closely with class teachers.

Assist individual students or small groups, including those with additional needs, to enhance their learning experience.

Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment to foster student development.

Support students\’ emotional, social, and educational growth through various activities.

Help with classroom preparation, displays, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Supervise pupils during non-classroom activities such as playtime and lunchtime.

Requirements:

  3. Patience, reliability, and motivation.
  4. Preferably prior experience in a school setting or relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA qualification); training can be provided.
