The Governing Body is seeking to appoint a driven, kind and caring Headteacher who can offer inspirational leadership and who can motivate colleagues and children alike. We are exceptionally proud of our school and nursery and would welcome someone who will continue our exciting journey of continued improvement.

We are looking for a Headteacher who :

  • Has proven success within a school at leadership level.
  • Is approachable and visible, has excellent communication skills and will work collaboratively with governors, the Diocese, staff, parents and the wider community.
  • Is passionate about the wellbeing of all children and staff, whilst maintaining high expectations of achievement and behaviour.
  • Is resilient, creative and committed to the future success of our school and nursery.
  • Values children as individuals with personal strengths and needs and who strives to ensure that every child’s potential is met.

You will also be a strategic thinker and have a clear understanding of performance data and priority points for improvement to maintain high standards across the school and nursery. Through professional development and mentoring/coaching you will support and inspire staff to deliver an exciting and engaging curriculum.
