Telford & Wrekin Council is seeking a Family Connect Advisor to support safeguarding and multi-agency team work within the Family Connect partnership.
This 12-month secondment is based at Darby House, 37 hours per week, Monday–Friday 8.50am–5pm. You will provide timely information, advice, guidance and coordination to ensure the right service is accessed at the right time and place by the right people.
A collaborative, child-centered approach underpins the service.
