What will I do?
You will be the first impression a guest will have upon arriving at the hotel, you’ll greet guests, assign rooms, take payments and general administrative duties. Ensure all guest enquiries/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Hotel Overview
Telford Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is located in Telford and is a 4*, 114-bedroom property. Our hotel overlooks the Ironbridge Gorge with an 18-hole golf course and the dining options include the 1779 restaurant, Gorge bar & lounge, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces. The leisure facilities include a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, and a relaxing Elemis spa.
