Telford College is seeking a compassionate and proactive Pastoral & Wellbeing Officer to join our BeSafe team, supporting students across the college to achieve their full potential. This role delivers safeguarding, welfare and pastoral support, mentoring and guidance, while supporting the tutorial programme and targeted interventions.
You will work with multi-agency partners, maintain confidential records, provide IAG and promote wellbeing, inclusion and progression across campus.
