Job Overview
As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while preparing smoothies, protein shakes, healthy snacks, and other menu items to the highest standards. You will help create a clean, positive, and energetic environment that reflects the Fruit & Fit brand.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and create a positive first impression.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Recommend products and upsell menu items where appropriate.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Prepare smoothies, protein shakes, juices, and other menu items according to company recipes.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and customer areas.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies as required.
- Support inventory checks and stock rotation.
- Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
