A unique opportunity has arisen to join a passionate team of staff at New Road Academy. We are seeking two enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team supporting students with SEND. These roles offer an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference to young people's learning, confidence and independence.
Working under the instruction and guidance of senior staff, you will support the delivery of high quality learning and teaching, helping to raise standards of achievement across the academy. You will assist teachers in the management of students and the classroom, ensuring that all learners β particularly those with SEND β are able to access learning effectively.

You will have strong communication skills, the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff, and a genuine desire to support young people to achieve their best.
The Learning Community Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All post holders working in regulated activity with children are required to have an enhanced DBS check (including a check on the children's barred list). References will be required for all shortlisted candidates prior to interview and these will be checked following the Learning Community Trust recruitment and selection process.
