We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 EYFS Qualified Teaching Assistant to join our team at Priorslee Academy. This is an exciting opportunity to support our youngest learners at a key stage in their development, working as part of a committed and supportive team.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Early Years provision and a passion for supporting children to learn, develop and thrive in a nurturing environment. You will work closely with teaching staff to deliver high-quality provision, support individual needs, and help create a stimulating and engaging learning environment.
This is a fixed-term post for one year in the first instance. The role includes supporting our wraparound provision, with working hours from 7:30am (morning club), 8:45am - 3:30pm during the school day, and 3:30pm - 4:30pm (after‑school provision).
We are looking for someone who is flexible, caring and committed, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff and families. In return, you will join a welcoming and forward‑thinking team at an exciting time for the school as we continue to develop within St Bart's MAT.
Salary: Scale Point 4, point 7 - 11
Contract: temporary (1 year in the first instance)
Start Date: September
Reporting to: Head of School
Closing date: 3pm on the 26th June 2026.
Visits: 4pm 23rd June and 24th June 2026.
