We are seeking to appoint a Lead Teacher for English to join our committed and specialist team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced English teacher to take the next step in their career and lead a high-performing and well-established department. English is a key foundation subject at Queensway, contributing significantly to strong student outcomes and a culture of high expectations.

The successful candidate will lead on curriculum development, teaching standards and student progress across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring that lessons are engaging, ambitious and inclusive.
