We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to join our Housing & Nuplace team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across Housing Services, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams, co-ordinating information and maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing databases
- Processing invoices
- Producing documentation
- Updating websites and social media to promote our services
- Acting as a first point of contact for enquiries
- Delivering excellent customer service and signposting clients to relevant support
- Engaging with tenants and home owners
- Promoting housing services
- Contributing to the development of initiatives that address local housing needs
