Horsehay Village Golf and Fitness Centre is the Council's flagship municipal golf course based in the heart of Telford in one of the fastest growing towns in the West Midlands. The Horsehay Village Golf and Fitness Centre provides an 18 Hole Golf course, 21 bay floodlit driving range, 9-hole footgolf course, in addition to a Health & Fitness facility on site.
We are currently looking for a dynamic, committed and suitably skilled individual to join our Leisure Services Team at the Horsehay Golf & Fitness Centre as a Greenkeeper. As a Greenkeeper, the individual will need to work well under their own initiative, be responsible for the upkeep of the golf course on a daily basis and be focused on delivering high service standards and delivery.
The role will also require an individual who is experienced and competent in operating tractors with attachments, cylinder and rotary mowers and other machinery. A knowledge of Golf is desirable but not essential. Days of work are Monday - Friday and maybe some weekends.
