A unique opportunity has arisen to join a passionate team of staff at New Road Academy. We are seeking a dedicated Deputy SENCO to support the leadership and development of high quality SEND provision across our academy. Working closely with the SENDCo team, you will take responsibility for the day to day management of SEND systems, including EHCP processes, ensuring effective and compliant provision for all learners.

New Road Academy is a forward thinking organisation with high expectations of both staff and students. The successful candidate will be a committed, organised and proactive professional with a strong understanding of SEND practice and legislation. They will demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to build positive relationships, and a passion for inclusive education. They will be confident in supporting colleagues, managing systems effectively, and advocating for the needs of students with SEND.
