We are seeking a caring and proactive Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and positive behaviour of pupils during the midday break.
Duties include:
- Supervising pupils in the dining hall, playground, and classrooms (wet play)
- Encouraging healthy eating and positive play
- Supporting pupils with medical or dietary needs
- Promoting good behaviour and resolving minor conflicts
- Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained
- Supporting the school's ethos and safeguarding policies
We are looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working with children and demonstrates sensitivity and understanding
- Is punctual, courteous, vigilant, and encouraging
- Can work well both independently and as part of a team
- Can maintain a calm and orderly environment during lunch
- Is committed to confidentiality, equality, and pupil wellbeing
- Is willing to undertake Paediatric First Aid training if not already qualified
