The predicted salary is between 31650 - 43607 £ per year.
We are looking for two motivated and ambitious HLTAs to join the Severndale Team. You will be joining an exceptional group of highly skilled Teachers, HLTAs, Teaching Assistants and support staff who work collaboratively to provide a highly personalised curriculum. We particularly encourage individuals with experience in SEND provision in Special or Mainstream schools who have a passion for meeting the holistic needs of our complex learners.
What is the purpose of the role
The main purpose of this post is to co-ordinate, devise daily/weekly plans from medium term planning, risk assess appropriately and deliver lessons to pupils with a range of SEND, tailoring sessions to their IEPs, physical needs and positive behaviour support plans. You would be supervised and supported in this by an allocated Senior Leader.
You would bring significant school experience as a TA or HLTA with skills and knowledge in supporting children with SEND, and will also be well organised and a great communicator, able to compromise and reach mutually acceptable outcomes with staff and pupils.
