The Severn Bridges Multi-Academy Trust and Governors of Mount Pleasant Primary School wish to appoint a dedicated and suitably experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our enthusiastic and supportive team. The role will be an exciting one, working in EYFS and with children with additional needs. The role will enable you to support children both academically and pastorally.
The successful candidate will be passionate about EYFS and have an understanding and experience of working with children in Early Years. They will also have worked with children with special educational needs, particularly with language and communication needs. They will be able to demonstrate a range of skills in supporting communication and managing pupils' emotions in a proactive, positive and supportive way, enabling them to get the very best out of their learning.
Successful candidates will be expected, working at Level 3, to lead the class during times such as PPA. We are looking for someone to be part of our forward-thinking and creative team and welcome your new ideas and enthusiasm. Itβs a lovely place to work.
