A rare and exciting opportunity for a motivated and commercially minded Senior Surveyor to join our high-performing Estates & Investments Team - recognised as one of the borough's leading commercial property agents. This is your chance to play a key role in managing and enhancing a diverse and high-value property investment portfolio, helping to deliver strong financial returns while supporting the wider community.

As a Senior Property Management Surveyor, you will take responsibility for managing part of the Council's extensive commercial portfolio of around 600 properties. You will provide expert advice, lead on property management activity, and ensure assets are performing to their full potential. You will also play an important role in supporting the Council's investment ambitions, contributing to strategic initiatives and the delivery of its Growth Fund.

Close to the West Midlands with excellent transport links yet on the edge of the Marches with the Shropshire Hills, Shrewsbury, and Wales within easy reach.
