A permanent Level 3 Teaching Assistant opportunity has arisen at Southall School. The role involves working across the school and with individual students, primarily to enhance and develop the delivery of physical education.

The ideal Teaching Assistant will:

  • Have previous experience of working with children with special needs or be working towards a relevant level two qualification
  • Have a passion for physical education and be willing to undertake specific PE training
  • Support pupils on sporting trips and events
  • Have an understanding of child protection policies
  • Be patient and empathetic towards pupils
  • Have a good command of literacy and numeracy

The post is 32.5 hours per week and is paid at scale 3, starting at Β£13.26 per hour.
