5 days per week plus PD Days

An opportunity has arisen for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant at Telford Langley Hub. The job could involve working across the whole of Southall School and with individual students. It is desirable for the Teaching Assistant to have experience of working with children with SEN and complex needs.

Responsibilities
  • Support teaching and learning across Southall School and with individual pupils as required.
  • Demonstrate patience and empathy towards pupils.
  • Support pupils with literacy and numeracy as appropriate.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in working with children with special needs
  • Or be working towards a Level 2 qualification
  • An understanding of Child Protection policies
Salary and Conditions

The post is paid at scale 2. The salary is £13.45 per hour.
