A wonderful opportunity for an enthusiastic, high‑quality higher level teaching assistant to join our hard‑working, friendly team. We are seeking to appoint an experienced HLTA to support teaching and learning across the school. This role combines covering PPA and management time across the primary phase with some in‑class group support. Candidates will need a good understanding of the KS1 and KS2 National Curriculum and experience teaching classes of pupils.

Responsibilities

  • Be an excellent practitioner.
  • Have the knowledge to meet the requirements of children with a wide range of needs and abilities.
  • Be highly motivated, resourceful and keen to ensure the highest possible standard of pupil achievement and behaviour management.
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
