Cover Supervisor – New Road Academy
35 hours per week
Term time plus 1 week
New Road Academy is a forward‑thinking organisation that maintains high expectations for staff and students. We are seeking a forward‑thinking, highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to work as a Cover Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver cover lessons in a classroom setting.
- Facilitate learning by assessing students\’ progress throughout the lesson.
- Maintain a supportive learning environment and ensure high standards of teaching and behaviour.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience of teaching within a classroom setting.
- Ability and confidence to deliver cover lessons.
- Proficiency in assessing students\’ progress and providing feedback.
