Are you an enthusiastic, hands-on café professional who enjoys leading people and making a positive difference in the community? The Hub Community Café is looking for a Café Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of our successful, inclusive community café and help us continue to develop a welcoming space at the heart of Newport.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the right mix of initiative, practical catering experience and people skills to supervise both kitchen and front of house operations, while leading and supporting a team of volunteers. A key aim of the café is to work with young people and volunteers to build their confidence, skills and work experience.
You will be supported by the Charity Manager, Town Council team and a committed group of volunteers.
