Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that great quality care is being delivered in the community by our care workers.
• Manage customer quality and care in your area ensuring that the initial assessments, care plans, reviews and other quality assurance tools are implemented, monitored and kept up to date.
• Support carers to work through their induction programme, complete regular competency checks and spot checks.

Qualifications

• Level 3 in Health and Social Care (essential).
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience desirable.
• Providing care: 1 year (required).
• Supervisory: 1 year (preferred).
• Driving Licence (required).
• NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (required).
