Timeline Television is a leading provider of broadcast technology, outside broadcast, connectivity, post-production, and media services. We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales and Marketing Assistant to support the Head of Commercial and the wider team. This role will help drive business growth by assisting with client engagement, marketing campaigns, and commercial operations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organised, and passionate about the media and broadcast industry.

Main Duties
  • Assist the Head of Commercial in managing client communications and sales pipelines.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and event promotion.
  • Prepare sales materials, quotations, presentations, proposals, and reports for internal and client use.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, opportunities, trends, and competitor activity.
  • Coordinate and support client meetings, events, and industry exhibitions.
  • Assist with internal reporting, tracking KPIs and sales performance metrics.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Forward-thinking with the confidence to contribute ideas, challenge conventional approaches and identify opportunities to improve processes, customer engagement and commercial outcomes.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in broadcast, media, or technology industries.
  • Previous experience in sales support, marketing, or client services is desirable but not essential.
