About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised team member who has attention to detail to join our Daventry team as a Strategic Business Unit Administrator and provide administrative support to our customer; Ford Customer Relationship Centre (CRC). This role is the first point of call to assist the smooth day-to-day operation of the team, checking the teams email and system inboxes, allocating customer queries to the agents within your team, escalating matters where required, managing the post, assisting the operational administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Distribute mail correspondence for all teams.
- Cover and support for customer inbound email communications.
- Assist with reports by setting reminders to ensure all customer communications are responded to within agreed timescale.
- Build good working relationships with team members, customer, team managers, and other relevant departments.
- Work with and cover other Administrator in your team during leave.
- Deliver ad hoc administrative and operational support as required.
- Support activities and contribute to operational initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent).
Essential Experience
- Previous administration experience.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint (training will be provided).
- Able to manage tasks and priorities while maintaining a good level of accuracy.
Desirable Experience
- Good administrative skills.
- Desired but not essential, experience working within a call centre or customer contact centre environment.
Skills and Competencies
