The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
· Maintaining Purchase ledgers and all relating documentation
· Ensure adherence to Sarbanes Oxley controls
· Liaise with internal departments to ensure all queries are resolved in a timely manner
· Reconcile monthly supplier statement reconciliations
· Communicate with suppliers as required, to discuss any disputes and to request invoices and statements not received.
· Reconcile GRNI reports and align with outstanding supplier invoices
· Complete month end analysis of accounts – including assistance preparing summary figures for corporate reporting
· Maintenance of accounts team e-mail inboxes and distribution of invoices and statements received daily
· Input employee timesheets in a timely manner on the system
· Adhoc requirements as required by Finance manager
