We’re on the lookout for a Client Account Coordinator to join our established, Leeds-based multi-channel design agency.
Full Time, 38.5h p/w (part-time applicants may be considered, minimum 30 h p/w)
Hybrid (min two days per week at our offices in Leeds, West Yorkshire)
Salary: £25,500 per annum
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Client Account Coordinator (however, we’re also open to part-time candidates too; a minimum of 30 hours per week). The role is hybrid (for those who wish to work from home for some of the week) and is office-based in Leeds for a minimum of 2 days per week (our full-team office days are currently Tuesdays and Thursdays). The Client Account Coordinator will report directly to a Senior Account Manager and will work across the Group’s Telescope and Clearsilver brands.
Day-to-day, you’ll be supporting the management and delivery of multiple client projects across print, signage, branded merchandise, digital and marketing communications. As an early-career member of the client services team, you will assist with producing quotations, coordinate small-scale projects, liaise with suppliers, support internal administrative processes, and help ensure work is delivered accurately, on time, and to Telescope’s high quality standards.
The role will provide structured development toward a full Account Manager position, or we can support you to develop into other areas of the business, if preferred and role opportunities are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Support as a secondary point of contact between clients, internal teams and external suppliers to maintain high service levels across all projects.
- Attain pricing from suppliers and produce quotations for print, signage, direct mail, digital and multi-supplier projects.
- Work with our preferred supplier network to secure the best cost effective solution for each project.
- Assist the Senior Account Managers in working with the clients to develop their multiple ongoing projects and provide recommendations to optimise for better performance and cost efficiency.
- Develop and overview project timelines, ensuring all aspects of the project are planned and deadlines are maintained throughout.
- Work on postal dispatch and communications for both client and internal marketing projects.
- Maintain the accuracy of our CRM system, updating client and project data as required.
- Support website content population where required, for both client websites and Telescope Group’s own websites.
- Schedule social media content from assets supplied by the marketing and communications team.
- Help maintain clear and accurate project communication trails, ensuring documentation meets internal standards and ISO aligned processes.
- Attend and contribute to regular WIP meetings, ensuring that the business is kept up to date on client satisfaction and supplier effectiveness levels.
- Support invoicing processes by providing accurate data and liaising with colleagues to ensure budgets and costs are tracked appropriately.
- Ensure a client-centric approach as a key focus, and assist in delivering excellent customer service at all times.
- Represent the business in a professional way and represent the ethos and values at all times.
- Ensure that ISO quality control systems are adhered to at all times and client data is properly managed in-line with company policy.
Requirements
- Educated to A Level or equivalent (Apprenticeship Level 3/4).
- Strong written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with some customer service experience and evidence of high-satisfaction delivery.
- Possess strong numeracy skills for estimating, scheduling and cost management.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately.
- Proactive, motivated and eager to learn.
- Able to manage repetitive tasks while also adapting to a varied workload with multiple projects.
- Flexible and agile working approach.
- General marketing or project coordination experience.
- Experience with print, direct marketing, branded merchandise.
- Interest in building account management or broader marketing skills (digital/social/content).
- A basic understanding of estimating, scheduling or cost management.
