Your Task

In addition to comprehensive professional onboarding, including a mentor system, from day one, you will gain deep insights into the transaction and strategy business and the private equity industry. Look forward to diverse and responsible tasks, such as:

• Assisting in the execution of transactions, including the creation of commercial fact books and information memoranda
• Supporting growth strategies by assisting our clients in implementing their Buy‑and‑Build/platform strategies
• Identifying investment opportunities through target screenings
• Contributing to market modeling and business plan validation
• Conducting primary (particularly expert interviews) and secondary research for market, customer, and competitor analyses
• Supporting product development and project‑ and theme‑related customer management
• Actively shaping the further development of Analysys Mason

Your Profile

• A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree and initial practical experience in the consulting field (with a focus on Transaction Advisory Services / M&A), private equity, or venture capital are ideal
• You have an eye for detail and work carefully, accurately and approach tasks proactively
• You communicate openly and you have good to very good presentation skills and would like to develop these skills further
• Your team can rely on you, you are actively involved and make an active contribution to the overall success of the team and the company
• You want to keep learning, are open to new challenges and see constructive feedback as an opportunity for personal development
• Proficient MS Office skills (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) are a given
• Excellent language skills in German and English
