YOUR TASK In addition to comprehensive onboarding, including a mentor system, you will gain deep insights into the transaction and strategy business and the private equity industry. You will be involved in diverse and responsible tasks, such as:
- Assisting in the execution of transactions, including the creation of commercial fact books and information memoranda
- Supporting growth strategies by helping clients implement Buy-and-Build/platform strategies
- Identifying investment opportunities through target screenings
- Contributing to market modeling and business plan validation
- Conducting primary (particularly expert interviews) and secondary research for market, customer, and competitor analyses
- Supporting product development and project- and theme-related customer management
- Shaping the further development of Analysys Mason
YOUR PROFILE You have an analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, you are a team player with hands-on qualities, and you strive for collective success. You should also identify with the following:
- A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree and initial practical experience in the consulting field (with a focus on Transaction Advisory Services/M&A), private equity, or venture capital
- Attention to detail, careful and proactive work, and a proactive approach to tasks
- Open communication and good to very good presentation skills, with a desire to develop further
- Reliability, active involvement, and ability to contribute to team and company success
- Willingness to learn, openness to new challenges, and constructive feedback as a development opportunity
- Proficient MS Office skills (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent language skills in German and English
