About The Role
Are you seeking career progression? We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Head of MFL to join our team at Holcombe Grammar School on a fixed term basis. As Head of MFL, you will lead by example, develop, inspire and motivate your team and be committed to achieving high standards. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about embracing new ideas, demonstrates a positive attitude, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
As Head of Department, you will develop comprehensive programmes of study, creating resources, designing schemes of work, and implementing effective assessment and teaching strategies, to ensure relevance to the needs of pupils, examining and awarding bodies and the Academy's Aims and Development Plan objectives.
Applications are invited from experienced Subject Leaders or teachers looking to progress their career. This role is initially offered as a one year contract on either a full time or part time (0.8) basis.
